about
From an early age I took an interest in graphics and visual effects, after being exposed to film, games and digital art. I knew back then already that 3D design would be part of my career.

After school I did a two year graphic and web design course and I started working as a 3D Designer in 2004. After two years, I left to further my studies in 3D as a character animator.

In 2008, once my studies were completed, I went over to the UK on a one-year working holiday visa and was fortunate enough to be employed by a leading 3D Architectural Visualization studio in London. During my time there I learned a lot about architecture and realised that Archviz was the line of 3D I wanted to specialise in.

On my return from London in 2010, I started working as an architectural visualiser on a freelance and contract basis, for clients and architects in mainly South Africa and United Kingdom.
In 2013 I started trading under the name 3Dmatter, and have had the opportunity to work on a range of exciting and challenging projects. Check out the portfolio page to see some examples.
